Why Massage?

Since I was young, I've been a headache and migraine suffer, I've always found that massage would relieve some of the pain and in some cases alleviate the migraine completely. This began to build a passion for massage as I became more intrigued to learn more and seek professional training. I wanted to help people care for themselves in a more holistic way and take time to look after their mind and body. Massage has so many amazing health benefits!

Therapeutic touch is based on ancient healing practices. The goal of the technique is to help people relax, relieve their pain, and help them heal faster. Relaxation and pain relief are two of the most reliable and immediate effects of Therapeutic Touch. This doc is definitely worth a watch, especially considering the times we are living in with the spread of Covid-19.
