Your therapist will do a consultation with you prior to the treatment. Here you can highlight any focus areas and choose the pressure you would like. The therapists will select the appropriate massage techniques to get this best results. This may include deep tissue, Swedish, head massage or holistic relaxation. You can also let them know if you wish to leave any areas of the body out of the massage.
