Massage Membership Policy
As part of your subscription, you receive one massage per month. This massage must be booked and used within the same calendar month, as sessions do not roll over. If you don’t manage to book your massage during that time, unfortunately, it will be forfeited. To make the most of your membership, we recommend booking your appointment as early as possible each month to secure your preferred time slot.
We understand that life can get busy, so if you find you’re unable to use your massage in a given month, you’re welcome to gift it to a friend or family member so it doesn’t go to waste. To do this, simply book the treatment on their behalf or let us know who will be attending in your place.
Please note that this membership is available exclusively to clients located in the Bath area. If you’re unsure whether your location qualifies, please contact Ally directly to confirm before signing up.
